The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose by 246 points to 16,435 in late morning deals with all sectoral indices, led by auto and capital goods, trading in the positive zone.The wide-based National Stock Exchange, Nifty Index also moved up by 79 points to 4,953 points.
