The US secretary of State Hillary Clinton has again said that the action of Wikileaks is illegal and regrettable but US relations with other countries will not be affected due to this. Talking to reporters in Manama in Bahrain, she said the leaked documents did not represent the policy of the United States as the policy was made in Washington.
