In a jolt to Indian Hockey, leading players have decided to boycott the training camp of the World Cup indefinitely till their payments are cleared. The players resorted to this extreme step after their two letters failed to attract any response from the Hockey Federation. The Captain of the team, Rajpal Singh told media that the players are hopeful of a solution by tomorrow as the management has called a meeting of senior players. Meanwhile, the Federation officials say that they will be available for negotiations with players in the capital from tomorrow onwards. Team members Sardara Singh, Prabhjot Singh, Sandeep Singh, Tushar Khandekar and Arjun Halappa have already reached New Delhi.
