Leaders across the political spectrum have expressed condolence on the demise of Rajasthan Governor Prabha Rau, who passed away in New Delhi on Monday following a massive heart attack. <br/>’<br/>The body of the departed leader will be carried to her native village in Wardha district of Maharashtra this morning. It will be kept there for some time to enable people to pay their last respect. The cremation will be held in the evening with full state honours. <br/><br/>The Government of Maharashtra has declared one-day state mourning today as a mark of respect to the departed leader. <br/><br/>The President Mrs Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, the Vice President Mr. Hamid Ansari and the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh expressed condolence on the death of Rajasthan Governor Prabha Rau.<br/>
