The leader of the military government in the West African nation of Guinea, Capt Moussa Dadis Camara has been injured in what is being called an assassination attempt. Gunfire was heard in the centre of the capital Conakry between factions of Guinea's armed forces. <br/>The spokesman for the military government said the attempt to kill Capt. Moussa Dadis Camera has failed and the military ruler is slightly injured. <br/>Media reports say tensions in Guinea have been extremely high since September, when soldiers from the Presidential guard attacked a pro-democracy rally killing scores of people. <br/><br/>
