In Kerala, LDF opposition walked out of the state assembly twice today protesting against the ruling UDF government on two different issues.Seeking permission for an adjournment motion, opposition member K K Lathika demanded reinvestigation of suicide by two young girls in Kozhikode during 1996. She blamed that the suicide is linked to the controversial ice cream parlour sex scandal case.Quoting investigation reports and statements of girls' relatives Chief Minister Oommen Chandy clarified that the suicide is no way linked to ice cream parlour case.Least satisfied with the reply opposition leader V S Achuthanandan alleged that the government is trying to shield some powerful persons and walked out of the house in protest. Later, the opposition staged a second walk out when the Chief Minister did not place Kozhikode firing incident report by Additional Chief Secretary on the table of the house.
