Lawyers for seven opposition candidates in the Presidential election in Belarus say they have been charged with organising mass disturbances on the day of the poll. The candidates, five of them who remain in prison, were among hundreds of people detained during protests ten days ago. President Alaexander Lukashenko won fourth term in office but his victory has been widely criticised by opposition and international observers.
