A delegation led by eminent jurist Fali S Nariman and Supreme Court Bar Association president Krishnamani today met Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan and appealed to him not to elevate Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran to the apex court. It also submitted to the CJI the resolution passed by Bar Association of India in which it had pleaded that in the light of the controversy regarding Justice Dinakaran, the Supreme Court Collegium should not go ahead with his elevation.<br/>
