The Congress today said lawlessness is prevailing in the country in the BJP rule. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson R P N Singh condemned heckling of Kanhaiya Kumar while he was being produced before a Delhi court. <br/><br/>Mr Singh alleged that Delhi police was a mute spectator in the entire episode. The spokesperson said, the government should take immediate steps to maintain law and order situation in the national capital in view of JNU row.
