Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Prasad &nbsp;termed the opposition's move as unfortunate.<br />'' <br />'' He said &nbsp;the President is the constitutional head and he is above political differences.&nbsp; He added that &nbsp;respecting &nbsp;the President &nbsp;in his address is a healthy practice of democracy.
