In Pakistan, at least eight people including the law minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province – Sardar Israr Gandapur – were killed in an explosion in the city of Dera Ismail Khan this evening.

According to reports, several people were injured in the explosion. The explosion occurred near the residence of the the law minister in Lolachi area. The injured in the blast have been rushed to Tehsil hospital.
