Mr. Rijiju said this while inaugurating the two-day National Conference on Child Sexual Abuse Material in New Delhi. <br />''<br />''It has been organized by the National Human Rights Commission. <br />''<br />''Mr Rijiju said that the production, distribution and consumption of CSAM is one of the most serious forms of sexual abuse faced by children and a grave violation of their human rights psychologically disrupting their development.</span><br />
