Law Commission is considering the provisions of Sedition. This was stated by Minister of State for Home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today. <br/><br/>He said that his ministry has referred to Law and Justice Ministry to take opinion of the Law Commission on the usage of the provisions of the Section 124A (Sedition) of IPC and suggest amendments, if any.
