Earlier Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad visited the army Jawan's native village Lakhanpur in Bakhatiarpur block of Patna district and paid floral tributes to the martyr. Kamlesh Kumar  was martyred during unprovoked firing by Pakistan along the Line of Control in Kupwara sector of Jammu and Kashmir on September 13.</span><br />''  <br />
