In Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad city police have arrested a Lashkar terrorist today. <br/><br/>City Police Commissioner A K Khan told reporters this evening that 34 year old Jia Ul Haq, native of Adilabad district, has planned for explosions in the busy areas of the city. <br/><br/>The Commissioner has said apart from receiving Lashkar training Jia Ul Haq was one of the accused of causing Blasts in a local Cinema Theater in 2006. A pistol, few grenades and cell phones have been recovered from him. <br/>
