A large quantity of arms and ammunitions including five rifles looted from police were seized from naxal-affected Ghatsial sub-division in Jharkhand today. <br/><br/>The seizure was made on the basis of leads provided by the secretary of Jharkhand-Bengal-Odisha Border Regional Committee of CPI (Maoists), Kanhu Munda, who along with six members of his squad had surrendered before the police on Wednesday last.<br/><br/>Police said, the security personnel launched a massive search operation on the basis of lead provided by the surrendered Maoists leader and recovered rifles, pistols with magazine and other arms and ammunitions. <br/>
