In Meghalaya, the state Chief Minister DD Lapang laid the foundation stone of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Project and the Housing for Urban Poor under Integrated Housing and Slum Development Project at Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi District on Wednesday. He said Rs 10 crore and 6 crore has been sanctioned by the union government for the implementation of the two projects. Under the Housing project, Nongpoh will be getting 240 housing units .<br/>
