Sri Lankan police today said that a Tamil Tiger rebel wanted for the suicide bombing of a 5- star-hotel in Colombo has been arrested. <br/><br/>The 72-year-old suspect was arrested in the eastern Batticaloa district's Eravur area for the 1997 bombing of the Hotel Galadari in the business district of Fort. <br/><br/>The October 1997 suicide bomb attack in the hotel's car park killed 18 people and injured over 100 including foreign tourists.
