The Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake has reiterated his commitment to settle the displaced persons at the earliest .He also requested the United Nations not to interfere with internal affairs in Sri Lanka. Addressing the 64th UN General Assembly, he stressed that according to the UN charter 2(7) clause, no country or a force should interfere with the internal affairs of each and every country.
