Former Sri Lankan captain Arjuna Ranatunga says that Sri Lanka have the best chance to win the ongoing World Cup after a hiatus of 15 years.Ranatunga, the man who led Sri Lanka to their only World Cup title way back in 1996, said that the World Cup proper begins from the quarterfinal onwards and we need to start playing our best cricket.Sri Lanka will take on England in the quarterfinals in Colombo on Saturday and if they win, will play either New Zealand or South Africa in the semifinal at the same venue on March 29. Sri Lanka had defeated Australia in the 1996 summit clash, the last World Cup staged in the sub continent.
