Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Vikram Sahay today said that language is never a barrier when it comes to showcasing talent. Addressing a panel discussion on 'One Nation: Many Cinematic Voices' at FICCI FRAMES 2023, Mr Sahay said that most of Satyajit Ray's films were in Bengali, but serious film makers from across the world have learnt from him. The other panelists included actors Ratna Pathak Shah, Renuka Shahane, Manasi Parekh Gohil and Swapnil Joshi among others.<br />'' <br />''Speaking about Government's initiatives to support the media and entertainment industry, the JS mentioned '75 Creative Minds of Tomorrow' initiative launched by the Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting in year 2021, which provides opportunity to young film makers. He mentioned that these young film-makers come from all over the country and make films in all languages.       He further said that while National Film Development Corporation is supporting film makers and it is language agnostic.
