In Manipur, vehicular traffic along the Imphal-Dimapur Road of National Highway-39 has been blocked due to landslide at Maram for the third consecutive day today in spite of state government’s efforts to clear the road. More than 450 vehicles have been remained stranded till this morning. The landslide at Maram was started on Tuesday last at a stretch of about five feet only. However, it had spread to a length of about 50 metres along the hilly terrain of the National Highway by Wednesday.
