Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the land pooling is a transformative step for Urbanization. He said, the private sector will play an active role in assembling land and developing physical and social infrastructure.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Puri was speaking at a conference on Land Pooling organized by Delhi Development Authority in New Delhi. The Minister said owners or group of owners can pool land plots of any size for development as per prescribed norms and guidelines.<br />'' <br />'' Addressing a meeting of National Capital Region Planning Board in New Delhi, Mr Puri said the NCR states have to work closely in visualising and building a better future for the citizens of the region. He said the NCR Planning Board is a unique example of inter-state and inter-agency coordination and regional development in the country.<br />''  <br />
