Supreme Court has held that land owners cannot challenge acquisition proceedings after a reasonable period of time. The remarks were made by a bench of Justices JM Panchal and B.S.Chauhan after dismissing the appeal of certain land owners challenging Haryana government's acquisition of private land in 2004.<br/>
