The special Lokayukta court in Bangalore has issued summons to former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and Housing Minister V Somanna in connection with land denotification case and asked them to appear before it on the 30th of this month. Judge N K Sudhindra Rao directed Yeddyurappa, Somanna, his wife and a person named Lingaraju to appear without fail on the scheduled date.
