Former Railway Minister and RJD Chief on Monday plead for keeping the regulation of Cricket under the Union Sports Ministry. Talking to reporters outside Parliament he demanded a ban on IPL and take over the control of BCCI by the government. He also demanded inquiry into the money invested in the Premier cricket league.
