RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Wednesday pitched strongly against the passage of Women's Reservation Bill in the Rajya Sabha.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Lalu Prasad said that the Bill has been passed forcefully under whip.<br/><br/>Reiterating his demand for a sub quota for minorities and backward classes, Mr Yadav said that a nation wide mass movement will be launched if their demand is not met.<br/><br/>He added that the party will take up the issue in Lok Sabha. Mr Yadav however ruled out his party bringing a no-confidence motion saying their number was too small to do so.<br/> <br/>He added that the party has sought time from the President to discuss the issue.
