RJD Chief Lalu Prasad is on a day's fasting at Gandhi Maidan, Patna, in protest against non-disclosure of caste census report by the Centre. Accusing BJP as anti-poor, Lalu Prasad said, Bihar Bandh has been called tomorrow to make caste sensus report public. He said there will be a contest between Mandal and Kamandal in up-coming Bihar Assembly elections.
