The RJD Chief Lalu Prasad today expressed concern over the inadequate availability of jute bags for storage of foodgrains.

Talking to reporters outside Parliament, he said that huge quantity of foodgrains are lying in various parts of the country in open which may rot due to rain.

Mr Prasad said that bumper production of foodgrains have been reported be the inadequate storage facilities is a matter of concern.
