The Lahore High Court has ruled that the trial court will decide about the immunity of the alleged arrested CIA man Raymond Davis. The ruling comes after the Pak Foreign Ministry told the court that there was no record regarding Davis’ diplomatic immunity with the foreign office. The ministry in its reply said that Davis has been granted official Business Visa following a request from the US government.
