Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh has announced a new programme for Conservation and preservation of heritage sites through panchayats, in Leh. Announcing the details, Leh Hill Council Chief Executive Councillor Tashi Gyaltson said under the programme each panchayat will get Two lakh rupees annually for conservation and preservation activities of heritage sites in the district.
