Lahaul valley of Himachal Pradesh received season's first snowfall as people coming out of their bed this morning found the high reaches covered in white layer. State government official based at Keylong said, high mountain ranges like lady of Keylong and seven sisters hill were getting snowfall. He hoped that Pass of Summit that is meeting point of Zanskar in Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir is also likely to receive snowfall. Tourists' resorts Shimla, Manali and Dharamshala were getting incessant rainfall overnight. The weatherman said, the monsoon remained dormant in last week of July and first week of August seems to recover in the state .
