A tape said to be from Osama Bin Laden says al-Qaeda was responsible for the failed Christmas day airliner bombing attempt in the United States. <br/><br/>In the audio message aired by al-Jazeera Arab television network today, bin Laden said al-Qaida would launch further attacks against the United States as long as it continues to support Israel. <br/><br/>He said there will be no U.S. security until the Palestinians are secure. The authenticity of the audio tape has not been verified. The speaker on the tape says the message is from "Osama to Obama".<br/>
