Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre, LSRC, has lifted the 15th CEC Cup Men's Ice Hockey Championship – 2022. In a seesaw final in NDS Indoor Ice Hockey rink, LSRC beat Indo Tibetan Border Police, ITBP by 3-2 goals. Assuring the excitement of the finals, the arch-rivals LSRC and ITBP set the ice rink on fire with stroking of skates.<br />''<br />''From the moment the referee dropped the puck between LSRC and ITBP in the centre circle, both teams played aggressively. Both teams have shown swift moves and beautiful passes. Both goalies have shown spectacular saves as well in the first period.<br />''<br />''In the second period also both teams continued to attack the opposition goal post. However, it was LSRC who drew the first blood and scored the first goal in the tenth minute in the second period. But, ITBP sharpened the attack and scored the equalizer in the fifth minute of third period.<br />''<br />''As the prescribed time was running out, the third period saw an aggressive play by both teams. As the teams try to dominate the game, LSRC scored their second goal in the 10th minute and ITBP leveled it in the 14th minute.<br />''<br />''With a few seconds left for the game, LSRC scored the winning goal to beat the ITBP with 3-2 score. Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh Chief Executive Councilor, and Chairman Tashi Gyaltson presented the prizes to the winners.<br />''<br />''LSRC Commandant Col.
