<span style="color: #222222;">Ladakh reported highest number of daily cases ever since covid 19 pandemic in the region. AIR Correspondent reports 208 new cases have been reported during the past 24 hours. Ladakh crossed one thousand mark of active cases in this season. With report of 208 new cases yesterday, the total number of active case now stands at 1051. With receding of cold weather and starting of outdoor working season, the arrival of people has increased and the administration is screening all the arriving passenger at the KBR airport in Leh. 2043 passengers have been screened for Covid 19 at the airport yesterday.  <br />''<br />''On the other hand, as the number of cases on the rise, the Leh district deputy commissioner Shrikant suse inspected facilities at Covid care centres in Leh.
