<span style="color: #222222;">Ladakh region has received snowfall for the second consecutive day today. This brought smile on the face of farmers. Snowfall is lifeline of the region, as it recharges Glaciers on the Himalayas. Meltwater is the only source of water for all purposes in Ladakh. However, immediately the snow has disturbed the normal life. District Administration arranged helicopter sorties for stranded people to the cutoff Zanskar, for today. As the traffic movement stopped on world's highest motarable road Khardung la, the Nubra region is cutoff with the rest of the world, since last night.</span><br />
