For elections to the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, voters under new categories have been added to avail the postal ballot facility.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In the 6th General Council elections of Leh Hill Council, the Election authority is extending postal ballot facility to general voters as well. Voters under notified essential services, persons aged over 65 years, differently abled persons, Covid-19 patients and voters in isolation or quarantine during the polling day, can avail the postal ballot facility in Hill Council elections.
