<span style="color: #222222;">Ladakh has remembered and paid homage to Col Chhewang Rinchen on his 23rd Death Anniversary. Col Rinchen was One of the six people to be decorated with Two Maha Veer Chakra awards. He also won a Sena Medal in the Sino-Indo war in 1962. </span><br />
