Referring PM Narendra Modi address to the nation from Redfort today, Mr Mathur said Ladakh will be the first state to harness hydrogen project in the country. He also listed MoUs signed for renewable energy projects. Mr Mathur said keeping PMs carbon neutrality mantra in mind, Vision Document 2050 and action plans for each department are prepared.</span><br />'' <span style="color: black;"><br />''LG Mathur listed various programs in agriculture, horticulture, employment generation, power, health, education, Connectivity, environment and Sports sectors. He informed Ladakh will adopt CBSE board for secondary education schools. Mr Mathur informed declaration of Snow Leopard as State Animal and Black-necked Crane as State bird to enhance conservation of wildlife jewels of Ladakh. Earlier, Kargil CEC Feroz Ahmed Khan and Leh CEC Tashi Gyaltson hoisted tricolour flags at their respective secretariat.</span>
