<span style="color: #222222;">In Ladakh, LG Ladakh, Brig Rtd BD Mishra inaugurated Ladakh Rural Livelihood Mission (LRLM) Livelihood Centre Vandhan Vikas Kendra Shilikchey at Biathang, Kargil under the NRLM Convergence Scheme.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This is the first centre in Kargil, in which equipment worth 19 lakh rupees has been installed on PPP Mode, which will help women Self Help Group (SHG) members to process their raw material, particularly apricot, to earn the livelihood.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Centre will help in making apricot jam, juice, and tomato puree. LG Ladakh congratulated the women members of SHGs of LRLM for the New Vandhan Vikas Kendra and assured all possible help from LG Administration in future.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the occasion, Director Rural Development Department, UT Ladakh Syed Sajjad Qadiri said that the department has started the opening of Vandhan Vikas Kendra from Kargil and such kendras will be open for any member of LRLM Groups from any part of the district and such centres will act as incubation centre to train the members to make them self reliant.</span><br />
