<span style="color: #222222;">In Ladakh, Lieutenant Governor Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) inaugurated the one-day blood donation camp organised by Ladakh Blood Donors in collaboration with Blood centre of District Hospital Kargil, Al Reza Health Care and Research Centre Kargil, and Salute 72 Blood Donors Group at District Hospital Kargil Kurbathang.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On this occasion, CEC LAHDC Kargil Dr Jaffar Akhone, Chairman Haj Committee Ladakh Mohd Ali Majaz, DC Kargil, SSP Kargil, CMO, Superintendent District Hospital Kargil, Nasir Zaidi President Ladakh Blood Donors and other officials and donors were also present.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr BD Mishra distributed certificates among the blood donors on this occasion and appreciated the role of the volunteers for human service.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During the camp, 18 pints of blood was donated on the spot and more than 100 volunteers registered for future need.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">LG Ladakh while talking to the media said the new CT scan at District Hospital Kargil will start functioning by the end of December and the MRI sanction will soon come from the centre as a secretary has been deputed particularly for that job.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He further said that he has ordered for the construction of the Block A and B of the new Hospital to start soon.</span><br />
