<span style="color: #222222;">Ladakh Lieutenant Governor RK Mathur on thursday reviewed the status of procurements and stockings of medicines and medical equipment in the Union Territory.  Mr Mathur asked the Administration to utilise Special Development Package funds and purchase necessary high-end and quality equipments.  The LG stressed that all Primary Health Centers must be equipped to meet guidelines set by the Health Ministry.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Mathur directed that heating facilities, power and water are essential for a Health Center during the winters.  He also directed the officials to expedite procurement of mobile hospital vans for all blocks equipped with essential equipment in both the districts.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Senior officials of Ladakh administration and Leh and Kàrgil District medical officials also participated in the review. </span>
