With 90 percent recovery rate in UT, which is above the national average of recovery, the active positive cases are contained at 1549 compared to 1400 on 1st of May.<br />'' <br />''There is a slight decline in the total numbers of Active cases in Leh by Eleven, while with the opening of Zojila, Kargil saw a rise in active positive cases by 160 in these fifteen days.<br />'' <br />''Now UT has 1549 active positive cases.<br />'' <br />''The district administrations are rigorously following testing and contact tracing in Leh and Kargil to bring down the numbers and ease out pressure on limited resources.<br />'' <br />''Simultaneously, Ladakh is leading the country in vaccination programme.<br />'' <br />''In UT, while 86,271 have got the first dose, and 37, 249 got the second dose of Covishield.<br />'' <br />''Vaccination programme is continuing along the villages on international borders as well.<br />'' <br />''On the other hand, District administrations are distributing Rice, Dal, Oil and covid essentials personal hygiene and safety to migrant laborers from PM Care Funds, during the lockdown. </span><br />
