Ladakh: Doctors Association of Kargil requests LG for early evacuation of remaining stranded pilgrims in Iran

<span style="color: #222222;">In Ladakh, the Doctors Association of Kargil has requested the Lieutenant Governor R K Mathur for early evacuation of remaining stranded pilgrims of Kargil in Iran.<br />''<br />''The President of the Association has written a letter to the Lt. Governor referring to the growing stress level among the pilgrims and development of symptoms of depression due being isolated from their families and associates. The request came after the videos of the pilgrims going viral on social media which showed development of Psychiatric ailments secondary to depression.<br />''<br />''Many social, religious and political organizations including the LAHDC, Kargil have also requested the Government of India, LG, Ladakh and Ministry of External Affairs to evacuate the stranded pilgrims from Iran.</span><br />
