In Ladakh, the recovery rate of Covid infection has improved to 90 percent. The number of recovered patients outnumbered the new cases. This is much above the national average of recovery. Several measures including short period covid curfew are being implemented to contain the spread of virus in the UT.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Leh district is under 80-hours of lockdown since Thursday night from 9 pm till Monday morning 5 am. Kargil district is observing night curfew since yesterday. Section 144 of CrPC has also been imposed in the district. However, one death was report during the past twenty four hours. With this total number of deaths in UT Ladakh has reached 152 with 108 in Leh and 44 in Kargil.
