<span style="color: #222222;">In Ladakh, the UT administration is taking many initiatives in the promotion of sports and upliftment of sportsperson. This was stated by Secretary, Youth Service and Sports, Swagat Biswas, while interacting with a Delegation of the Sports Fraternity of Ladakh.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The Delegation was Led by Anayat Ali Secretary Ladakh Taekwondo Association and Aman Ali Khan, Secretary Kargil Ice and Snow Sports Club presented a memorandum on behalf of all the players and associations of Kargil.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The delegation demanded the formation of a Sports Policy in consultation with all the Sports Experts. It also demanded a Sports Board with equal representation from both the districts which will work on the development of Sportsmen and Sports Infrastructure.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''<br />''The delegation requested for allocation of funds for to and fro expenses of Sportsperson to participate in National and International Competitions.
