<span style="color: #222222;">In Kargil, Ladakh, the 9th Muharram Mourning Procession (Juloos) was observed following strict COVID SOPs issued by the District Administration.<br />'' <br />'' The Main Juloos was observed under the banner of Anjuman Jamiyat Ullama Isna Ashriya Kargil Ladakh and Imam Khomenie Memorial Trust Kargil during which only 100 mourners participated as per the SOPs. The people above 60 years and children below 10 years were not allowed to participate in the processions.<br />'' <br />'' The Muharram gatherings and Juloos of 9th and 10th Muharram will be observed under strict Compliance of the SOPs Issued by the District Administration and people followed the SOPs.<br />'' <br />'' The Mourning Processions were observed wearing Masks, Gloves, using Sanitizers and Thermal Scanners as well as the safety distance must be observed.<br />'' <br />'' The Speakers threw light on the life of Hazrat Abbas Alamdar, the brother of Hazrat Imam Hussain, who is known for his sacrifices and his allegiance towards Hazrat Imam Hussain and prayed for the deposing of this Deadly Pandemic from the world.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, Kargil District Administration has made adequate arrangement of security, health and hygiene and other services for the successful and smooth conduct of the processions.<br />'' <br />''<br />''The organizers thanked District Administration for adequate arrangements for the conduct of the Muharram congregation as well as processions smoothly in the district.
