Kyrgyzstan's interim Govt head says she can't guarantee safety of Prez Bakiyev

The head of Kyrgyzstan's self-declared interim government has said that she can not guarantee the safety of the fugitive President Kurmanbek Bakiyev from people seeking revenge for those killed in his overthrow. She said that her government could not restrain those who wanted to rush to his hide out with rifles. Mr. Bakiyev is in hiding in the south of the country after fleeing during mass opposition demonstrations which took place last week.
