Kyrgyzstan asks forces shoot-to-kill to end ethnic fighting

The interim government of Kyrgyzstan has ordered its security forces to shoot-to-kill to try to end days of ethnic fighting. Official figures show nearly 80 people have been killed in the city of Osh . Although unconfirmed report for the figure is much higher. Amnesty International says witnesses have spoken of groups of armed Kyrgyz men targeting ethnic Uzbeks.
