In Kyrgystan, a day of mourning will be observed tomorrow after at least 37 people died following a plane crash in a populated area today.<br/>The plane belonging to a Turkish cargo airlines was attempting a landing at the Manas airport in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek in thick fog. <br/><br/><br/>The flight was travelling from Hong Kong to Istanbul via Bishkek.The majority of the dead were from the nearby village of Dacha-Suu. Among those dead were plane's four pilots. The spokesman for the country's emergency services, Muhammed Svarov said the toll may rise. <br/><br/>Kyrgystan's Deputy Prime Minister Muhammetkaly Abulgaziev attributed the crash to pilot error as per preliminary information.The Manas airport has since opened despite air authorities initially saying that the airport would remain closed until the evening.<br/><br/><br/>Prime Minister Sooronbai Jeenbekov will head a specially-appointed government commission to probe the crash. According to Kyrgyz media, President Almazbek Atambayev has cancelled his visit to China to return to Bishkek.
